Resource Mobilization and Allocation is a case team that is responsible for:

• Identifying and establishing contacts to sources that are willing to donate to HIV / AIDS Programs.
• Allocating the funds to different IPs that are working in the city.
• Provide taining on resource Mobilization strategy and fund utilization tenchiques
  
• Undertaking resourse mapping analysis(both programatic and resource human, materials and financial gabs)
  
• Develop resource mobilization strategy and gap analysis
  
• Organize resource mobilization forums
  
• undertaking project appraisal
  
• Develop and/or adopt rsource mobilization guideline
  
• Identify Funding Agencies and prepare project proposals for fund raising
  
• Prepare project capacity assessment check lists
  
• Provide capacity assessment for implementing partners(Ips),CBOS and FBOs.
  
• Distribute resources and disburse of funds allocated and mobilized to sector Bereaus, IPs,CBOs and FBOs.
  
• Prepare financial agreement documents for appraised projects for fundings.
  
• Provide technical support for project tripartite agreement
  
• Produce opretional plan implementation report RM case team on quatrerly base to the Office.
  
• Establish resource data base of the Office( the overall resource transferred,mobilized and distributed at city level)
  
• Conduct exprience sharing on resource mobilizition strategy and project appaisal process and prformance with four regions.
  
• Oversea or Inland short term training on resource molilization and project management
